Palm OS is easy to use. You don't even need a manual to use the pda. What you need from a palm OS pda is only a few clicks away.

Pocket pc is better in productivity software. When you talk about sharing and editing using software like word and excel, pocket pc OS is better.

You can't multi-task with a palm OS.
